30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@tessastraver.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 10 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Digital Products Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon access.
