Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide via PostNL.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 2–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 4–21 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
